Snokeling & Diving Information:

Snorkeling Package cannot be converted to Diver Package (or either way) on check-in day or once a guest has arrived at the island
Guests who booked Snorkeling Package with a certified dive license who wish to go for any diving activities will be charged at RM 100.00/Person/Dive upon arrival regardless of first orientation/check dive, boat dives, shore dives or Sipadan dives (Exclude equipment)
All divers must have proof of certification
All divers must be shown a copy of the PADI Medical statement to ensure they are fit to dive prior to booking the course, please request a copy from us if you don’t have one
All divers wishing to dive at Sipadan must have a minimum of Open Water Level certification or equivalent
All guest wishing to diving/snorkeling at Sipadan must apply permit in advance (preferably 1 month before arrival) on a First Come First Serve basis to secure the limited permit being shared by all the resort operators at the same region
Any divers not adhering to PADI Standard Safe Diving Practices and/or not complying with resort safety & environmental guidelines will be excluded from any further dives and no refund will be offered
All packages inclusive a combination of dives around Mataking Island, Pandanan Island or Timba-tiba Island. Specific islands and sites will be decided by dive team the day before. If you have any particular request, you may inform

Boat Transfer information

Guests catching our 09:30 AM boat to Mataking Island will need to overnight in Semporna the night before their package
Guests catching our 12:00 PM / 03:30 PM boat to Mataking Island will need to land in Tawau Airport no later than 10:30 AM
Guests transferring back to Semporna Jetty at 11:00 AM can catch any flight leaving 03:00 PM or later
Guests transferring back to Semporna Jetty at 02:00 PM can catch any flight leaving 06:00 PM or later
Divers must wait 24 Hours between diving & flying
