Contest Period

The contest runs from 15 October 2026 to 30 November 2026.

Eligibility & Booking Requirements

This contest is valid for FIT bookings with private package purchases.

Open to individuals aged 18 years and above as of the date of entry.

Staff of the Organiser and their family members are not eligible to participate.

A minimum purchase of RM500 in a single booking is required to participate.

Booking confirmation for contest participation is valid only upon receipt of the full settlement payment.

Bookings must be confirmed by 30 November 2026, with travel dates before 31 December 2026.

Any cancellation or refund of the booking will result in disqualification from the contest.

Prizes

• 1st Prize: iPhone 17 Pro Max
• 2nd Prize: Flight ticket worth RM2,000
• 3rd Prize: City tour worth RM1,000

Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash, travel credits, or other items. The Organiser reserves the right to replace a prize with another item of equal or similar value if the original prize is unavailable.

How Your Entries Are Calculated

You can accumulate entries through two sources, and both sources can be combined:

Booking: Every RM500 in booking value = 1 entry

Review: Every eligible review = 1 entry

*Each valid entry gives you an equal chance of being selected in the lucky draw.

Participants are free to use their own creativity when sharing their travel experiences on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Reviews, or other platforms.

Stories and reviews are for contest entry; winners are selected by random draw.

Lucky Draw & Winner Announcement

The lucky draw will be conducted on:

Date: 7 December 2026
Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Platform: Raha Holidays TikTok Live

The draw will be conducted randomly in the presence of at least two witnesses and will be recorded or broadcast live on the Raha Holidays TikTok channel.

Selected winners will be contacted via the phone number or email address provided in their booking or contest participation details within seven (7) days after the draw.

Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of being contacted and provide a valid identification document, such as an NRIC or passport, for verification.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within the stipulated period, or is found to be ineligible, the Organiser reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

Prizes will only be delivered or handed over in Malaysia. Winners residing outside Malaysia are responsible for arranging receipt of the prize at a Malaysian address.

Privacy & General Terms

By participating in the contest, participants agree that their personal data may be processed by the Organiser for the administration and management of the contest in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and the applicable privacy policy.

Winners agree that their name and photographs taken during prize presentation may be used for contest announcements. Winners may request that their photographs not be published.

The Organiser may also reshare publicly posted participant reviews through its official brand channels, with appropriate credit to the original author.

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Apple, Meta, TikTok, Google, or any other social media platform.

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms, extend, or terminate the contest by providing notice through the official brand channels.

The Organiser shall not be responsible for entries that are not received due to technical, network, or third-party platform issues.

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Apple Inc.
